I added a GUI to Frauber's M64 parser and made a little bit of corrections to it.

Here's an example of something I ported which features midi velocities, it's very easy once you can see the structure. Next release should be able to edit midi velocities, or I work off mml2m64 to add more features.

WOW Shock !!!!, I've been waiting for this a lot of time!!!. Since I like to compose music, and wanted some effects like velocity or pitch bend in m64s, this dream finally comes out, Thank you !

Changes in 0.08;

* Now outputs vibrato(0xD8) correctly.
* 0xD4 is now a known and named command.

Changes in 0.09;
* Now outputs octaves correctly (errors like c5 being outputted as c4).
* 0xD3 is now called Pitch/Pitchbend.
* Corrected typo with Beat Per Minute being "BMP" instead of "BPM".
* There is now an "Open parsed file or not" dialog prompt in the GUI. 
* Fix bug with the GUI preventing m64 files from being edited when opened
