TT64 works fine on my Win10 x64 Build 14393.321, so I generated a ProcDump and looked for differences. I'm not sure if this is noteworthy, but there are two differences which i've listed in the table below. I suspect it just means you have something installed that included the runtime whereas I do not, so it is using the one bundled with TT64.
DLLGenEricqueue
msvcr71.dllC:\Windows\System32\ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\TempFolder.*\
msvcp71.dllC:\Windows\System32\ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\TempFolder.*\

There are 50 or so other DLLs that mine references and absent in yours, but that might be because TT64 crashes before dynamically loading them.

If I start TT64 it creates this folder and the dll's but it closed befor I can see the window and befor it deleted the folder.
If i run TT64 with combatibly with Win95, TT64 start without problems, but it can't use any render-software.

The issues that people have reported in the last few pages is why we absolutely NEED the source released, so that it can be ported to an actual language.

Hey, I might have an idea on what might be causing crashes for some people, and to try and help get an idea, I created a quick strawpoll for what Graphics Cards people have. http://www.strawpoll.me/11646255

Alright, so for those of you with Nvidia cards, what driver version do you have?

Hey, the solution's been found! You'll only be crashing if you have an Nvidia card, so all you have to do is use this tool to roll back to a driver prior to 372.54 and Toad's Tool 64 will successfully launch!

I don't know why, but 372.54 apparently caused a lot of people issues. I know this is only a quick fix, and eventually you will have to update your drivers, but hopefully a more permanent solution is found by then.

I installed v372.54 but it still doesn't work. Sad

372.54 is where things got messed up; the closest rollback is 368.81, the one before it.
