Quad 64 or/and Toad's tool 64 painting warp problem

When i made the warps for the painting it doesn't work, instead mario just don't warp and i discover that there' the warps section of the editor but there isn't any warp cube in the editor so how can i edit i to make mario enter in the painting ?
