When Pokémon Duel can't be updated or installed normally on compatible Android devices, you may try deleting the Google Play store cache.
- Open the Settings menu on your device.
- Select Apps or Application Manager, and select Google Play Store from All.
- Select Delete Cache.
- Select Delete Data.
Be careful that your Pokémon Duel data is not deleted. The operating procedure may differ depending on your device, so make sure you perform the operation correctly.
If the above operation does not improve the situation, players using an SD card as the save destination for the app may try to revert the save location for the app from the SD card to the device itself, and then update the app.
