How do I obtain special event Pokémon from a promotion?

To obtain special event Pokémon from a promotion for the Switch:

1. Launch your Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! game.
2. Select Communicate on the main menu.
3. Select Mystery Gifts.
4. Select Get with code/password, then select Yes to save your game and connect to the internet.
5. Enter your code.
6. Confirm the gift you want to receive.
7. Watch as the gift arrives in your game. (Pokémon will appear in your party or your Pokémon Box. Items will appear in your Bag.)
   
   

To obtain special event Pokémon from a promotion for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems:

1. From the Main Menu in the game, select Mystery Gift.
2. Select Receive Gift.
3. Select Yes, and then select Yes again to connect to the internet.
4. Choose the way the special event Pokémon is distributed. For example:
   • Get via Local wireless - for in-store and at-event promotions, bring your device to the store and select this option.
   • Get via internet - for promotions distributed over the internet.
   • Infrared
   • Get with Code - to enter the code from a promotional code card.
     • If you select any option other than Get with Code you will see the game search for the gift promotion. Once found, Receive this gift? will display.

5. Select Yes. The gift Pokémon will be available in the Pokémon Center in game.
