To deliver a consistent Pokémon TCG Online experience across all regions, Gems have been removed from the game. Any unspent Gems in players’ accounts have been converted to in-game Pokémon TCG: Sun & Moon—Lost Thunder booster packs (1 per 100 Gems, rounded up) and Trainer Tokens (2 per Gem).
For players with unspent Gems, a message will display when they log in to the game indicating the number of Gems removed and booster packs and Trainer Tokens added.
