Two questions

1.is it possible for CPUs to throw green shells

2. it is possible to make P1 in thundershocked state? (like the road kill code)

Quite Possible in fact. If you could find the cheat codes, there's a tool that can do it for you.

try to find cheat codes for both but sadly wasnt able to find codes for either

like i said im willing to give away a $20 nintendi gift card if someone knew how to make cheat codes for this
