I’ve made a mistake with my shipping address, can it be corrected?
We can only correct your shipping address if your order does not show as Processing or Shipped. Once your order status displays either of these, it means your order has already moved to our Fulfillment Team, and OP can make no further changes. Please understand that we will also decline to refund Professor Points for items shipped to the wrong address – if we’ve already processed your order, it means those items cannot be added back to inventory for redistribution.
If you want to make a correction to your shipping address, and your order status shows as Payment Received, you can contact the Customer Service Team. Please remember to include your order number in your ticket.
How often do you process orders?
There is a weekly processing schedule for Professor Store orders. Store orders are communicated to our fulfillment team each Friday.
How long will it be before I receive my items?
This varies depending on where in the world you are located. After processing, the shipping timeframes below are typical, but not guaranteed:
- Continental US: 1-2 weeks
- North America outside of Continental US: 2-4 weeks
- Outside North America*: 4-6 weeks
*Brazil: Orders for Brazilian Professors are fulfilled quarterly in a special process designed to ensure that you get your items safely.
Items shipped outside of the US are screened by our Customs Compliance Team prior to shipment.
We are constantly working to reduce shipping times for orders, but please note that orders for League products must take priority over Professor Store orders.
An item on my order is listed as ‘out of stock.’ Does that mean I won’t receive it?
Unfortunately, you will not receive it. Occasionally you may find you are still able to add an item to your cart even if it is out of stock. If this is the case, a red warning message will display with that item on the checkout screen. If that happens, we recommend removing that item from your cart.
If you receive an order with a shipping note that lists an item as ‘out of stock’ you can contact the Customer Service Team to have your Professor Points refunded to your account.
How often is the Professor Store restocked?
We are working to restock at least once a year. Restocks of some popular items happen every 3 months.
