A forgotten Mario Paint sequel, previously unplayable on emulators or N64 due to missing hardware.
Works best on Cen64, attached below.
Project64 is pretty buggy, it glitches in some rooms. Mupen64 works, but has a lot of graphical problems, I'm not sure if a GFX plugin exists to fix this.
