Trouble Deciding What Next-Gen Console to Get

Exactlly what the title says. I wanted the PS4, but now deciding against it, only because I mostly wanted to get PSOne games, but apperentlly PSN only lets you get them on PS3, PSP, and Vita. Also, my bro wants "The Last of Us" which is Playstation exclusive. And I kinda want to get 2 or 3 others. And I kinda want a Xbox One for "Rare Replay Collection" when it comes out in August. Games I want for both are GTA V, and Destiny. Please help, I'm not good at deciding which console is better.

I'm not much into consoles lately but here are some things to consider. Most if not all of the old Rare games you want can be played on emulators, Last of Us is a great game, XBOX is better for media (I haven't PS4 updates in a while, but iirc you can't play movies on it from an external drive, which I hate), PS4 usually plays non-exclusives with better performance than the Xbox1 but the difference is usually pretty negligible.

Since the consoles aren't really that different, it really comes down to what exclusives you like more.

Instead of a console, go on a Steam shopping spree.

So many sales.

hoard your money and play old games on emulator instead. is that bit of a graphical improvement actually worth all that money?

You should get a PS4 if you already have a Wii U, shitton of dank games on it, like Mortal Kombat X and Street Fighter 5, there's probably many more but I haven't set my eyes on those but no matter what you do, don't get an Xbox one, you'll regret it.

Just stay with the wii U, ps4 and xbox one are not worth it.
