MRKane, I was looking into Blender to create a new kart.
What does the "KartGenerator.blend" do exactly?
I'm trying to understand how it works to import a model and change it into a kart, when I open the KartGenerator.blend I see the kart with Link in it but I don't seem to be able to import a model.

So the KartGenerator.blend file is setup to spit out the necessary frames to make a kart. with the help of [name of main guy here - I'm travelling and am really tired sorry] I set it up so that the animations on the armature match the correct animations for all of the different kart frames. Essentially if you hit "animate" it'll spit out everything you need.
You will, however, need to import and rig any character you wish to use as a new character. Although to be honest the rigging isn't necessary, it just adds a bit more movement.
Have a crack and see how you go, and don't hesitate to hit me up if you're stuck - we need more karts!
