You changed the keys. Used to be WSAD, 1, 2, N, M. Now it's WSAD, Q, E, N, M. You need to edit your first post and maybe include this info on the NES.php page.
Whoops, that slipped my mind. Updated the thread and there is now a readme link at the top of the emulator's page, which should be triggered automatically for first time visitors.
