Guys, just realized there wasn't a thread on here about this, so I started one.
Super Mario Sunshine (like SMG and SMG2) uses a bmd model format and a thp cutscene format, audio is found n the audiores folder compressed in arc, while most of the rom is compressed in yaz0 (very similar to yay0 from paper mario) and uses szp packet to store rarc encrypted archives. You can download yaz0dec, yaz0enc, bmdview2, rarcdump and arcpack from
http://www.amnoid.de/gc/ (thakis).
A guy (blank) made a tool to convert obj to bmd a long time ago, but it uses an old version of python with a plugin that only worked on XP, and for some exploits, is no more supported, or the plugins needed can't be found. Also a UI was made for this tool, but it still needed all that the non UI tool needed.
Just wanted to point this stuff out, if for example you have some bmds somewhere, you can import them to SMS, it's actually easy to export them from SMG or SMG2, so you can use modes from these games.
Maybe after finishing some projects, I may rework the tool in a bat or a c++.
If anyone has some finds or something to point out, well say it in the comments.
