I have decided to start over on this project seeing as the
old progress I made was garbage in my opinion, and I
decided just to start over.

If you want to remove the white outlines from King Bob Ombs Hands, just fill the tansperant part of your texture with any color you want the outline to have (on this example grey would be a good idea) but change it alpha value to somehthing very low (not 0).

Spoiler: Example

I did it too as you can see this mario head has no general outline instead there a many: around his cap its red, his hair has a black one and his skin a skin-colored one.
